-Attending training sessions to grow knowledge of products and to develop customer service skills.
-Resolving phone, walk-in, live chat, mail and email customer inquiries.
-Identifying customer needs.
-Forwarding and escalating inquiries to relevant individuals and departments.
-Contacting customers to give them accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiries.
-Providing outstanding customer service.
-Updating customer information as required.
-Maintaining confidentiality of information.
-Performing other duties as the need arises.


  • Looking for a multi-tasking team player with customer service experience and basic knowledge of computers and web-based applications. You must be able to communicate well in person and over the phone and bilingual communication is a plus but not necessary.

  • Reliable transportation is a must.

  • Candidates must be able to work shifts 9 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday. No weekends.

  • Outgoing, patient, friendly, detail oriented, be team focused and have a positive disposition.
