Yes, we are happy to retake your portraits as many times as you like until you are 100% satisfied with how they turned out. We never charge for retakes. You may mix and match your sessions when you place your finished portrait order. To schedule a retake, simply login using your client ID and password that you created when you made your first appointment and click the schedule appointment tab. You will schedule another appointment just as you did with the first one. Let the photographer know that you are coming in for a retake and they will waive the session fee. Although we offer retakes for free, please keep in mind that we are only on campus for a limited time. Make sure that you consider this when choosing a date for the first appointment. Unfortunately, a retake may not be an option if we are no longer on campus.
